Our client is looking for a confident and outgoing Tenant Engagement Officer to join their Water team. This is a field-based role where you’ll visit residents at home, explain free water-saving upgrades, carry out simple surveys, and arrange installation appointments.

What you’ll do:
Visit residents and explain water efficiency upgrades.
Carry out simple indoor surveys (meter readings, tap/shower checks).
Book appointments for installations.
Record visits accurately using a CRM system.
Manage your own schedule and stock.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years’ experience in customer-facing or field-based roles (tenant liaison, lettings, viewings, inspections etc.).
Great communication skills and a friendly, confident approach.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
Full UK driving licence + own vehicle with business insurance.
Willing to undergo a DBS check.
